Presented by John Tisbert and the Esther F. Garrison School of Visual and Performing Arts Chorus

The Invitational Youth Choir Festival is a two part event featuring a concert program by some of the area’s top school and community youth choirs as well as a showcase of the Festival Men’s Chorus under the direction of artist in residence, Dr. Patrick Freer, who is the professor of music education at Georgia State University.

The Festival Men’s Chorus consists of top middle and high school vocal music students from Savannah and surrounding areas who are nominated by their teachers for participation in the group. The Men’s Chorus will rehearse at Garrison Arts on Wednesday eveningJanuary 20, and during the school day on Thursday January 21.

Donations will be accepted at the door, and all proceeds for the event will benefit the Savannah Friends of Music. Save the date!
