Come join King Henry’s band of brothers in William Shakespeare’s most powerful and enduring history play. SAVANNAH SHAKES has set this story of triumph and loss in the tumultuous Vietnam era. Soldiers risk and give their lives to accomplish Henry’s conquest into France.

Henry V begins a war to capture the throne of France for his country and God. To win the war, Henry must overcome secret rebellions, nearly unwinnable battles, and the waning support of his own soldiers. The French confidently maneuver to stop Henry’s war at all costs. Henry’s army is made up of everybody from noble lords to hilarious criminals. There are scenes of exciting battles, political machinations, and comic hijinks. Something for everybody!

The production opens on Veteran’s Day, November 11, running that weekend and the following weekend. Show dates are:

Nov. 11, 12, 18 & 19 at 8 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays)

Nov. 13 & 20 at 3 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays)

Tickets: $15 general admission, $10 for seniors, students and active military; FREE for Vietnam War Veterans
