Colonial Christmas at Wormsloe

  • Wormsloe State Historic Site 7601 Skidaway Road Savannah, GA, 31406 United States (map)

With December comes the Christmas holiday. At Wormsloe State Historic Site, experience Christmas the way the colonists did.

On December 17th, join in on the festivities of the annual colonial Christmas event before making preparations for your own winter celebrations at home with family and friends.

From 1pm to 4 pm, enjoy the sweet, rich smell of a yule log burning in an open fire. Bask in the charming, traditional carols sung by young and old alike. Dance to live music, side by side, with jolly colonists, dressed in their period accurate garb. Enjoy homemade refreshments, prepared by staff and local girl scouts, cookies and wassail, which embody the classic spices of the season.

Admission: $2 (children 1 to 5), $4.50 (youths 6 to 17), $7.50 (disabled veterans), $9 (seniors 62+), $10 (adults).
