As the name of the event “AquaCurean” implies water and epicurean, the 2016 event will showcase Mediterranean inspired cuisine and bring together some of the best seafood and hand-crafted spirits over a 3-day celebration.

The Chef's Showcase will take a culinary trip throughout the Mediterranean region, an uncompromised 5-course journey highlighting the talents of some of the best chef's from around the country.

Along with tasting and cocktail samplings, theAquaCurean Challenge includes a seafood recipe competition and a hand-crafted cocktail competition.  Patrons can vote for their favorites as we crown a champion from the "best of the best".
