SILENT FILM CONCERTS FEST - DAY 1

 International pianist, organist and historian Dennis James will introduce this precious American art form to the Tybee Post Theater audience with two entertaining programs.

We're calling Day One: THE SILENT CLOWNS featuring selected comedy films starring the top three most popular silent film comedy filmmakers: Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin and Harold Lloyd -- all accompanied by Dennis James on the grand piano playing the original scores.

You'll see:
Buster Keaton: "Cops" 1922 (30 minutes)
Harold Lloyd: "Never Weaken" 1921 (25 minutes)
Charlie Chaplin: “A Dog's Life” 1918 (39 minutes)
Buster Keaton: “Cops” 1922 (1,725 feet)

Sept. 16,  8 pm.  $15 general admission and $13.50 for members.
Show is approximately 2 hours with intermission.
