Presented by the Esther F. Garrison School for the Arts Chorus

Now in its fourth year, Savannah Sings 2017 is hosted by John Tisbert and the Esther F. Garrison School for the Arts Chorus. The Invitational Youth Choir Festival is a two part event featuring a concert program by some of the area’s top school and community youth choirs as well as a showcase of the Festival Men’s Chorus under the direction of artist in residence, J. Reese Norris.

The Festival Men’s Chorus consists of top middle and high school vocal music students from Savannah and surrounding areas who are nominated by their teachers for participation in the group. The Men’s Chorus will rehearse at Garrison Arts on Wednesday evening February 8, and during the school day on Thursday February 9.

Donations will be accepted at the door and all proceeds for the event benefit the Savannah Friends of Music. Savannah’s Invitational Youth Choir Festival, hosted by the Esther F. Garrison School for the Arts Chorus.
