First Friday for Folk Music

  • First Presbyterian Chuch 520 Washington Avenue Savannah, GA, 31405 United States (map)

Clark Byron pulls double duty tonight – hosting and performing the first act for the evening. Clark first appeared at FFFM in 2014 and began hosting in June 2016. He is a 40-year veteran of songwriting and performing. While most of his accomplishments have been in the world of Christian Music, he has performed all over the country in both sacred and secular venues. He’ll bring all his talents as a fine singer, guitarist, composer, and poet to bear as he entertains us this evening.

Danika Holmes We welcome this duo from Nashville as the 2nd act of the evening. Its members are Danika Holmes, vocals and guitar and Jeb Hart as lead guitarist. Jeb’s clean and sophisticated style of playing along with Danika’s smooth, soulful vocals has created their own blend of acoustic pop. “Danika Holmes puts her heart and soul into every performance. Her smile draws you in, her music keeps you there.” Madalyn Sklar, GoGirls Music.

Jeb and Danika are taking stages by storm having opened for heavyweights such as Lyle Lovett and Dierks Bentley. Their soulful and intoxicating sound lures in new fans daily.
