A Salute to Southern Rock

  • Tybee Post Theater 10 Van Horne Avenue Tybee Island, GA, 31328 United States (map)

It’s a Southern Rock tribute to our military vets with the music of the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker and Molly Hatchett, brought to you by some of the most seasoned veteran musicians in the Southeast. These three bands have played with or opened for all these Southern rock legends and many more.

High-Velocity sports a cast of four guys who have played with Black Oak Arkansas and Molly Hatchet, and have opened for countless touring acts, such as Confederate Rail Road, Ambrosia, and Fire Fall, and still sport an active local career and are "Gettin ‘er Done!"

Phantom Wingo has opened for a range of bands from the Spin Doctors and Marshall Tucker to Gregg Allman and Warren Haynes, and has had lucrative songwriting experiences with all of them. And Bounty Hunter, the most seasoned of the three, have been together for 35 years and opened for The Outlaws, .38 Special, Mothers Finest, Blackfoot, Roger Earl's Foghat, Brian Howe of Bad Company, and Gary Sinise's Lt. Dan Band, to name a few!.
