Winner of the Tribeca Film Festival Best Actor Award and numerous Polish film awards, Anna Jadowska’s new film (based on a true story) is about a 60-year-old Mira who appears to have a fairly normal life. One morning she starts her day like any other, wakes up early, puts her family's clothes out to dry, purchases food for her fish and… commits a bank robbery with a kitchen knife. Jadowska’s sensitive film explores how Mira’s life and identity have slowly eroded and made her take such desperate action. Uniquely photographed by Ita Zbroniec-Zajt. Brought to you by a special arrangement with Loco Films in Paris. In Polish with English subtitles. 95 minutes
