The Goodbyes

  • Tybee Post Theater 10 Van Horne Avenue Tybee Island, GA, 31328 United States (map)

The Goodbyes are a Savannah-based band of united artists, unafraid of the momentous differences that age, hair styles, fashion choices, volume of amplifiers, pose to all artistic ventures…that might break up other bands, but not us.

The Goodbyes play a diverse mix of originals from rock & roll to jazz-rock to reggae-rock. “Savannah Shuffle” and “Savannah Nights” celebrate the band’s famous hometown Hostess City waterfront.

The Goodbyes play an equal number of diverse covers, including the four lads from Liverpool, some scruffy Stones that Rolled, a few “Bo Diddley-beat tunes”, and whatever else will make everyone happy.  Hey, hey, if you "Want Candy" and want your love to "Not Fade Away" then we are for you.

So come “rock on!”, “play it loud & play it funky!”, and “stir it up!”…and say hello to The Goodbyes on 6/28 at 3pm at the Tybee Post Theater!
